Bangladesh National Cricket Team are all set to tour Pakistan for the white-ball series later this year. As per the reports in PTI, it is learned that the two teams will be locking horns with each other in the three T20Is and as many ODIs in May.
Bangladesh will be touring Pakistan after the conclusion of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2025. The league is scheduled to take place from April 11 to May 18, and it is expected that the two teams will be up against each other in May and early June.

The series between Bangladesh and Pakistan was originally scheduled to take place as a part of the Future Tours Program but had to be postponed due to the busy schedules of both teams. However, officials from both PCB and BCB met recently during the ICC Champions Trophy 2025.
Bangladesh Board Chairman Faruque Ahmed traveled to Pakistan for the tournament, and it is learned that the boards agreed to go ahead with the series in May. The reports also claimed that the two teams will be playing against each other at Faisalabad, Multan, and Lahore.
Bangladesh and Pakistan faced a group-stage exit in the ICC Champions Trophy 2025
The two teams were recently part of the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 and both had a similar fate. Both Bangladesh and Pakistan faced a group-stage exit in the ICC Champions Trophy 2025. They failed to win a single game in the tournament and their game against each other was washed out due to the rain and wet outfield.
The last time Bangladesh traveled to Pakistan was for the Test series last year. It was a magnificent outing for the Najmul Hossain Shanto-led side as they won the series after a long in Pakistan and the hosts faced a lot of criticism for their poor outings in the two games.
The white-ball series between Pakistan and Bangladesh will be a great opportunity for both teams to stage a comeback after a disappointing last few months. While Bangladesh are enjoying their time off, Pakistan are currently locking horns with New Zealand in the T20I series.

There were recently some reports which claimed that Bangladesh also will be hosting Pakistan for the white-ball series in July- August this year. The discussions happened during the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 and both the boards were positive.
BCB cricket operations head Shahriar Nafees at that time confirmed the development to Cricbuzz, saying: “BCB and PCB are in discussion about it (playing three ODIs and three T20Is), and at the moment, both boards are positive about it.”
