Top seed Alexander Zverev’s fourth-round clash against France’s Arthur Fils at the Miami Open has been pushed to Wednesday due to rain delays at Hard Rock Stadium.
Over two hours of rain disrupted Tuesday’s schedule, forcing organisers to reshuffle matches. While most games resumed, Zverev’s was the only singles match postponed to the next day.
The rain interrupted the stadium court action mid-way through the third set of Gael Monfils vs. Sebastian Korda. Meanwhile, the WTA quarterfinal between Magda Linette and Jasmine Paolini was moved to the grandstand court.
Later on Tuesday, top seed Aryna Sabalenka will face China’s Qinwen Zheng in the last scheduled stadium court match.
