The legendary cricketer MS Dhoni recently spotted exhibiting his skills in a game of tennis.

MS Dhoni is undoubtedly one of the finest cricketers that India has ever produced. He is one of the most successful captains of the Indian cricket, leading the side to title victories in the 2007 T20 World Cup, the 2011 ODI World Cup and the Champions Trophy in 2013. He may have retired from international cricket back in 2020 but his passion for sports seems to have remained the same.

The legendary cricketer was recently spotted exhibiting his skills in a game of tennis. In a video, Dhoni was seen featuring in a doubles game. “My tennis partner magic,” read the caption of a post shared on Instagram.

MS Dhoni’s doubles partner Sumeet Kumar Bajaj shared the video on Instagram where the Chennai Super Kings captain can be seen unleashing his A-game on the tennis court.

MS Dhoni was seen in action in the last edition of the Jharkhand State Cricket Association (JSCA) Tennis Championship, which was organised by Ranchi’s Country Cricket Club. He teamed up with Sumeet Kumar Bajaj, a professional tennis player, to compete in the doubles category. The duo showcased their dominance throughout the competition and went on to claim the title. The Dhoni-Bajaj duo was up against the pair of Khanaiya and Rohit in the final showdown.

Just a few weeks ago, MS Dhoni travelled to New York and marked his attendance at the US Open. The 42-year-old was spotted in the stands at the Arthur Ashe Stadium when two tennis stars– Carlos Alcaraz and Alexander Zverev– were engaged in a men’s quarter-final clash.

Dhoni was last seen in competitive cricket during the 2023 IPL final. Chennai Super Kings, under the leadership of Dhoni, scripted history in this year’s IPL by winning the title for a record-equalling fifth time.
