Laurie Plesa and Glassman Racing’s Time Passage collected her third straight victory since being sent around two turns on Tapeta at Gulfstream Park, where the daughter of Tunwoo scored a dominating win in the $100,000 Miss Gracie Stakes Oct. 7.
The Eddie Plesa Jr. trainee scored a front-running 2 3/4-length triumph in the one-mile-and-70-yard stakes for 3-year-old fillies that offered a $25,000 win bonus for a registered Florida-bred.
Florida-bred Time Passage, the 7-5 second choice ridden by Edgard Zayas, ran the distance in 1:41.43 after setting fractions of :23.98 and :46.94 for the first half mile. She paid $4.80 to win.
Bred by Baoma Corp., Time Passage improved her record to 5-2-0 from 15 starts for earnings of $263,045. She is out of the stakes placed Kantharos mare Savingtime .
Karl and Cathi Glassman purchased Time Passage for $85,000 at the 2021 Ocala Breeders’ Sales Company’s October Yearling Sale from the Stuart Morris consignment.
Second-crop sire Tunwoo, a son of Medaglia d’Oro, stood the 2023 breeding season for $4,000 at Bridlewood Farm in Ocala.
