In the ongoing match in the Indian Premier League 2023, Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) dominated Punjab Kings (PBKS) at IS Bindra Stadium in Mohali by setting a remarkable total of 257 runs, becoming the second team in IPL history to surpass the 250-run mark.

The game started on a positive note for Lucknow Super Giants and turned into a splendid performance by Kyle Mayers, Ayush Badoni, Marcus Stoinis, and Nicholas Pooran, who collectively contributed to the team’s massive score. Among them, Stoinis played a crucial role by hitting five sixes and scoring 72 runs off just 40 deliveries. This total is also the second-highest ever in IPL history since RCB reached the mark back in 2013.

Kyle Mayers provided an excellent start for the Lucknow Super Giants with a magnificent knock of 54 off just 24 balls, setting the stage for the rest of the team’s batsmen. Marcus Stoinis continued the excellent work and had no trouble dealing with the Punjab Kings’ bowling attack, which lacked the required aggression.
