Mohammad Amir mocks Babar Azam over Virat Kohli comparisons right after retirement

Mohammad Amir has sparked fresh discussions with his bold declaration about the Indian cricket superstar Virat Kohli’s unmatched prowess. Amir hailed Kohli as the greatest batter of this generation and dismissed any comparisons between the Indian superstar and other modern-day icons like Babar Azam of Pakistan, Steve Smith of Australia, and England’s Joe Root.

The Pakistani cricketer has emphasized that Kohli’s exceptional consistency and his knack for stepping up in crucial moments make him a legend in all three formats of the game. Unlike his contemporaries, the former Indian captain’s ability to single-handedly turn games in India’s favor sets him apart from Babar Azam, Joe Root, and Steve Smith.

Not just in one format, but in all three formats, Virat is the greatest batsman of this generation.”
