With Mushfiqur Rahim having already retired from ODI cricket, Mahmudullah Riyad’s decision not to get the central contract added fuel to the speculation that he is also in line to call time on his career. Riyad has also reportedly informed the BCB that he will not participate in the 2027 ODI World Cup in South Africa, which hinted that his ODI career is almost near to end.
