India National Cricket Team skipper Jasprit Bumrah has come up with a sensational effort with the ball in the ongoing first Test against the Australia National Cricket Team. The opening game of the series between the teams is taking place at the Optus Stadium in Perth.
After the India National Cricket Team got all out for just 150 runs, skipper Jasprit Bumrah took his team off to a flying start with the ball. The fast bowler has oozed his class with the ball and has brought his team back into the game on Day 1.
Jasprit Bumrah has been breathing fire with the ball and has put the Australia National Cricket Team under massive pressure. The India National Cricket Team skipper removed both the openers and, after that, made sure he sent the best batter of the opposition packing as well.
Jasprit Bumrah removed Steve Smith on a golden duck as he produced a peach of a delivery. The fast bowler bowled a delivery that was angling in, and the batter shuffled across the off stump to negate the moving ball by the pacer.
Steve Smith was struck plumb in front very first ball. The bat was so far outside the line of off stump and that ball cut back in off the seam. The batter attempted to defend but was nowhere close to doing so, as the impact was in front of the middle and off.
What caught the attention of many was the reaction of Jasprit Bumrah and Virat Kohli after the wicket of Steve Smith. The duo gave an aggressive send-off to the batter as the India National Cricket Team was elated with the wicket of the premier batter for a golden duck.
