Despite the injury setback, Rishabh Pant has been making steady progress in his recovery. Last month, he attended the Delhi Capitals’ match against Gujarat Titans and was also present during the side’s training session preceding the game against Royal Challengers Bangalore in the Indian Premier League (IPL). However, in Pant’s absence, David Warner has taken on the role of captain for the Delhi Capitals in the 2023 edition of the IPL.

Unfortunately, Rishabh Pant is set to miss a significant portion of Indian cricket action this year, which could also include the ODI World Cup scheduled to be played in October-November at home. KL Rahul, Ishan Kishan, and KS Bharat have been leading wicketkeepers in ODIs, T20Is, and Test formats, respectively, in his absence.

Rishabh Pant’s recovery has been a topic of much interest among cricket fans, with many eagerly awaiting his return to the Indian team. The cricketer’s recent update about his recovery has brought some relief to his fans, who have been worried about his health since the accident. While there is still some uncertainty about when Pant will be able to return to the field, the progress he has made so far is promising.
