ICC World Test Championship Points Table, WTC Table After PAK vs WI 2nd Test 2025: Pakistan National Cricket Team and West Indies National Cricket Team locked horns with each other in the second game of the two-match series, which concluded on Monday (27th January). The match between the two teams took place at the Multan Cricket Stadium in Multan.
After facing a disappointing defeat in the first game, West Indies National Cricket Team made a solid comeback. They beat the hosts by a margin of 120 runs and made sure that they ended up drawing the two-match Test series between the teams.

Opting to bat, the West Indies National Cricket Team didn’t have a great outing with the bat. They struggled against the spin attack of the hosts and were left tottering at 54/8. It was then that the lower order came up with the fighting effort and took the team to a total past 150.
Gudakesh Motie (55) slammed a magnificent half-century while Kemar Roach (25) and Jomel Warrican (36*) made valuable contributions as West Indies National Cricket Team posted a total of 163 runs. For Pakistan, Noman Ali bagged 6 wickets.
The Shan Masood-led side, too, struggled to get going with the bat then. Only wicketkeeper Mohammad Rizwan (49) and Saud Shakeel (32) looked settled as they played decent hands, while the rest of the batters failed to go past the 20-run mark in the innings as the hosts got all out for 154 runs, trailing by 9 runs.

West Indies, in the second innings, had a great outing with the bat. Skipper Kraigg Braithwaite slammed a vital 55 runs at the top while Amir Jangoo also contributed 30 runs. Keeper-batter Tevin Imlach played a vital innings of 35 runs along with Kevin Sinclair (28).
Thanks to collective effort with the bat, West Indies National Cricket Team posted a total of 244 runs, setting a target of 254 runs for Pakistan to chase.
Chasing the target, the hosts had a torrid outing with the bat right from the start. Both the openers in Shan Masood and Muhammad Hurraira were back in the hut early. Babar Azam played a decent hand of 31 runs but couldn’t carry on the start that he got.
The Shan Masood-led side kept losing wickets at regular intervals and came under pressure. Keeper-batter Mohammad Rizwan (29) kept his team in the hunt but it was only a matter of time till he got out as spinners looked unplayable in Multan. West Indies National Cricket Team bundled out hosts for 133 just to win the game by 120 runs and register the first win in Pakistan after 34 years.
