California stallion He Be Fire N Ice has been relocated to Legacy Ranch to stand the 2024 breeding season, owner Cicero Farms.
He Be Fire N Ice, a 15-year-old California-bred stakes-winning son of Unusual Heat, has six crops of racing age with progeny earnings of more than $1.3 million, including top-earner Oubabe and Lil Nas, who is entered in Sunday’s California Flag Stakes at Santa Anita.
He Be Fire N Ice previously stood at Ridgeley Farms in Hemet, Calif.
During his own on-track career, He Be Fire N Ice won five of 16 starts and earned $332,580, with a victory in the California Dreamin’ Stakes and in-the-money efforts in the Grade 2 Del Mar Mile Handicap and the G2 City of Hope Mile.
He Be Fire N Ice is out of the Deputy Commander mare Deputy Tombe, from the family of stakes winners Zuri Mwana, Miss Ice Queen, and Silky Steel.
