Team India had a tough time in the office during the second day of the third Test against Australia at Gabba, Brisbane. Indian bowlers toiled hard for the whole day as Australia crossed the 400-run mark in their first innings.
Steve Smith and Travis Head were the stars for Australia as both of them slammed brilliant hundreds to put Australia ahead in the game. Former Pakistan cricketer Tanvir Ahmed didn’t let this opportunity slip and again trolled India for its dismal performance.

Tanvir Ahmed brutally trolls India
While taking to social media, Tanvir Ahmed took a dig at all the Indian bowlers except Jasprit Bumrah and claimed that they were hammered by both Steve Smith and Travis Head.
“Jaise dhobe kaprey dhota ha dandey say waise dhoya ha in dono ney indian bowler’s ko not bumrah other bowler’s (Indian bowlers have been hammered by these two (Steve Smith and Travis Head) just like a washerman washes clothes with a stick),” Tanvir Ahmed said on X (formerly Twitter).

Tanvir Ahmed has previously made derogatory comments on various topics involving Indian cricketers. He even used derogatory words against former India spinner Harbhajan Singh by calling him “ghatiya insaan” in one of his posts earlier. During the same post, he even made negative comments against India.
Not only Harbhajan, but Tanvir Ahmed has even used disrespectful words against his own countryman Waqar Younis and blamed him for finishing his career. Tanvir has played 5 Tests, 2 ODIs, and 1 T20I for Pakistan but couldn’t make much impact as a player.
Excellent batting from Travis Head and Steve Smith
Meanwhile, Travis Head and Steve Smith batted excellently on Day 2 of the Gabba Test to take Australia to a comfortable stage where they can plan for a victory, although there is still a long way to go.
Head and Smith joined each other when the home team had just lost Marnus Labuschagne and were reduced to 75-3. However, they batted excellently to put the pressure back on India. While Head was free-flowing in his approach, Smith was more measured and bided his time.
There were times when the Indian bowlers dominated the proceedings but both the batters used their experience to get out of those situations. Head’s aggression combined well with Smith’s caution to put India right on the back foot.
Jasprit Bumrah dismisses both Steve Smith and Travis Head
Head completed his century off just 115 balls while Smith reached the three-figure mark off 185 deliveries. It was Smith’s first hundred in 26 Test innings. He was dismissed soon after completing his hundred by Jasprit Bumrah.
Bumrah also picked up the wicket of Travis Head later but the latter had done his job till that point. Head smashed 152 off 160 balls which included 18 fours. For India, Jasprit Bumrah was the lone bright spot with 5-72 in 25 overs.
