Lewis Bay – Chad Brown trained filly has two wins and a second place finish in three career starts. She made a statement last time out winning the Grade 2 Demoiselle Stakes at Aqueduct November 28 after a maiden score by four lengths in October and a runner-up finish in her debut in September. Thrilled – Todd Pletcher trained filly has been decent in her career – five starts with a win and three runner-up finishes. Last time out was one of those seconds – behind Lewis Bay in the Grade 2 Demoiselle Stakes at Aqueduct November 28. It followed her only poor effort to date – an eleventh on the biggest stage – the Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Fillies, a second in the Grade 3 Miss Grillo Stakes September 27 and another runner-up finish in the minor P.G. Johnson Stakes September 3. Thrilled looks for her first stakes win Saturday and enters in decent form. John Velazquez has been tabbed to ride from the rail.

She makes her stakes debut Saturday off a 1 1/4 length Allowance Optional Claiming score on this track January 17 and a maiden score over R Girls a Charmer at first asking in November. She finally broke maiden two starts back – on this track December 30 after a sixth in the minor Hut Hut Stakes at Gulfstream Park West November 28 and a pair of thirds to start her career – the best of which coming in the minor Juvenile Filly Sprint Stakes at Gulfstream Park West November 7. She makes her stakes debut having placed in her last three starts overall – a second last time out in a Claiming race February 18 followed a Maiden Claiming score January 10 and a third in a Maiden Claiming January 3 – all results on this track.
