Curalina – Todd Pletcher trained filly has been very good in her four career starts – three wins and a second place finish. She debuted last July and finished second and has since reeled off three straight wins. Last time out she won the Grade 1 Acorn Stakes at Belmont Park June 6 after an Allowance Optional Claiming score by 8 1/4 lengths May 1 at Churchill Downs and a maiden score in March. Curalina looks to keep the impressive roll going when she lines up in gate 3 with John Velazquez aboard.

Include Betty – Tom Proctor trained filly has 10 career starts with four wins, two seconds and a third place finish and enters this week having won four of her last seven races – the minor Suncoast Stakes January 31, a maiden score January 3 in her fourth career start, a terrific win in the Grade 3 Fantasy Stakes at Oaklawn Park April 4 and a career best effort last time out – a 3 3/4 length win in the Grade 1 Mother Goose Stakes at Belmont Park June 27. Two starts back was another solid effort – a second to Keen Pauline in the Grade 2 Black-Eyed Susan Stakes at Pimlico May 15 which followed a career worst effort – an eighth in the Grade 1 Kentucky Oaks May 1. Include Betty has raced in five straight graded stakes races with two wins and a runner-up finishes in those starts. She departs post 5 looking for her third graded stakes win with Drayden Van Dyke aboard.

Keen Pauline – Dale Romans trained filly raced in stakes company for the first time last time out and won the Grade 2 Black-Eyed Susan Stakes in gate-to-wire fashion at Pimlico May 15. She broke maiden in September in her second career start and recorded a fourth in an Allowance April 16 which followed a third and a second respectively in a pair of Allowance Optional Claiming races this past winter. Keen Pauline hopes to build on an impressive effort when she departs from gate 6 with Javier Castellano guiding her in her first start since May 1.

Wonder Gal – has placed in six of seven career starts for trainer Leah Gyarmati – one win, two seconds and three third place finishes. Her win came in her debut – the minor Lynbrook Stakes last July and the seconds came last time out – behind Include Betty in the Grade 1 Mother Goose Stakes at Belmont Park June 27 and in the Grade 1 Frizette Stakes in October. Wonder Gal also had a third in the Grade 1 Acorn Stakes June 6 which followed a fourth in the Grade 2 Gazelle Stakes in April and a very respectable third in the Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Fillies. She has been in there with some top field and has fared well- hopes are she can keep that trend going from the outside post with Irad Ortiz in the irons from post 7.

Chide – has placed in all four career starts for trainer Albert Stall – two wins, a second and a third place finish. She made her stakes debut last time out and finished a good third behind Include Betty and Wonder Gal in the Grade 1 Mother Goose Stakes at Belmont Park June 27 after an Allowance score May 31, a second in an Allowance Optional Claiming May 1 and a maiden score at first asking in March. Joel Rosario will be in the irons from gate 2 Sunday as Chide looks for a breakthrough in stakes company.

Conquest Eclipse – Mark Casse trained filly is coming off an Allowance Optional Claiming score and a second in a similar race – both results at Churchill Downs. Before that was a seventh in the Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Fillies and a good second to Angela Renee in the Grade 1 Chandelier Stakes September 27. This came after a third in the Grade 1 Del Mar Debutante August 30 and a MSW score at first asking at Churchill Downs in June. She has been competitive every time out except for one bad outing and is expected to be competitive Sunday. Shaun Bridgmohan will be in the saddle as one of the ones to beat from post 4.

Danette – finished third in the Grade 1 Chandelier Stakes in September and went on to a fifth in the Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Fillies. She has certainly been up and down since. Last time out was a maiden score in her thirteenth career start which followed a second in a MSW here May 7, a fifth in a similar race April 25 and a fourth in the Grade 2 Fair Grounds Oaks in March. Danette has yet to record a stakes win in her career but does have a win, three runner-up finishes and two third place results. She has placed in her last two starts against lesser company and looks OK ahead of this weekend. Junior Alvarado rides from the rail.

I’m a Chatterbox – Larry Jones trained filly has four wins and two third place finishes in seven career starts. She enters on the heels of an OK third in the Grade 1 Kentucky Oaks May 1 which followed a three race win streak- the Grade 2 Fair Grounds Oaks March 28, the Grade 3 Rachel Alexandra Stakes February 21 and the minor Silverbulletday Stakes in January – all results at Fair Grounds. She has been impressive indeed and is expected to challenge again Sunday. Florent Geroux gets the call from the outside gate 8 hoping to maintain the solid streak.
