Australia won the toss against their Ashes rivals and put England into bat in Lahore. After being reduced to 43/2, England picked themselves up courtesy Duckett and Joe Root who stitched a 158-run partnership to take the 2004 Champions Trophy finalists to 201/3.

Skipper Jos Buttler and Duckett then added 61 runs for the fifth wicket.
At the time of writing, England were 322/7 in the 48th over with Ben Dwarshuis taking three wickets for the Aussies.
Duckett eventually perished on 165 runs courtesy Marnus Labuschagne. While trying to give England a bigger total, Duckett missed his pull and was adjudged leg before. He tried to get out of it by opting for the review but it was not to be.
